How long does it take to get my rank after purchase?
Ranks are usually applied within the first minute. In rare cases it can take up to 20 minutes. If it takes longer, open a ticket in the LoungeSMP Discord or email support@loungesmp.net.
Are ranks permanent?
Yes. Purchased ranks are permanent. We will not take away a rank you paid for unless there is a refund, chargeback, or serious abuse connected to the purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If the rank was purchased by mistake, was not what you expected, or there is another reasonable issue, contact support. Refunded perks will be removed. Serious misuse, chargeback abuse, or attempts to exploit refunds may result in punishment.
Are ranks pay to win?
Ranks are intended to support the server and provide convenience, cosmetics, and useful perks. If anything ever feels unfair, please tell us so we can review and rebalance it.
Where do I ask rank questions before buying?
Ask in the LoungeSMP Discord or email support@loungesmp.net. We would rather answer questions clearly before you buy than have you purchase something you do not understand.
