Steady money route
Jobs give you the first steady income. Farms and selling give you repeatable income once you have resources moving.
The best first jobs on LoungeSMP are usually Miner, Builder, and Ranger because normal survival gameplay rewards you while you mine, build, explore, and fight.
Complete job quests, check payout actions, and claim skill tree rewards for money, crate keys, and rare rewards.
Build a small sugar cane, pumpkin, melon, or bamboo farm, then sell accepted items through the Server Shop.
